Bastian Schweinsteiger trained with the Manchester United first-team for the first time today since Jose Mourinho took over as manager in the summer.
The German midfielder has been forced to train on his own or with the under-23's since Mourinho came in, but he finally joined up with the rest of the first-team squad for Monday's training session.
United fans have been reacting to the news and seem delighted that the 32-year-old World Cup winner is back in the picture, with only 5% of supporters angry or sad, according to the online fan mood.
Schweinsteiger hasn't played a competitive fixture for United since the Manchester Derby back in March but could now make a return to action against all odds.
He is not part of the club's Europa League squad but is eligible to feature in Premier League games. Here are some of the top Tweets about Schweinsteiger today.
