England sealed their place in the knockout stages of Euro 2016 last night but had to settle for a second-place finish in Group B behind Wales, following a frustrating 0-0 draw with Slovakia.
The Three Lions created numerous chances over the course of the 90 minutes in Saint-Etienne but were unable to get through a resolute Slovakian defence. Wales stormed past Russia 3-0 at the same time, helping them to finish top of Group B on six points.
England fans were rightly frustrated with Monday's result and the mood on Twitter reflected that after the final whistle.
